The Mission of FABS is to effectively direct and administer the affairs of the Community Association in accordance with its overall charter. Provide information regarding laws, rules and regulations which govern the Community and its members to ensure consistency and community harmony.

We have been providing Community Management services for over 10 years in Alameda, Santa Clara and Contra Costa Counties. It is our standard to provide professional, courteous, proactive and accountable management to our clients.

Knowledge:

We understand the importance of keeping our clients informed of new laws, contributing to their understanding of fiduciary responsibility. We accomplish this by requiring that our Community Managers successfully complete continuing education courses, in-house workshops and obtain industry approved certifications.

Efficient:

Our standard services provide for the efficient handling of the routine operations of your Commu­nity. These services include, but are not limited to, work order requests, account inquiries, monthly billing, newsletters, violation reports and monthly financial reports. Our services are designed to keep the Board of Directors informed and prepared to address all their community needs.

Objectives:

• To assist and guide a Community in accomplishing its charter, we have established the following objectives:

• Streamline and improve financial reporting system

• Increase the residents sense of enjoyment of their community 

• Improve contractor effectiveness and efficiency

• Increased knowledge of how the industry and other communities function successfully

• Continued efforts to explore the optimum level of maintenance and financial services

• Continued evaluation and action on new items that arise related to resident comfort and safety

• Review and modify existing communications if necessary between the Board of Directors and Management

• Detailed review of existing delinquency and violation policies and procedures

• Increased management time available to the residents
